National Recovery will always ask its vendors for a quote on every job. National Recovery doesn’t set rates with its vendor partners. They understand that every job is unique and that certain circumstances may alter the price. National Recovery asks the vendor to provide a complete and accurate quote to complete the job. 

Payments are initiated digitally via credit card or EFS – smoothly, reliable and hassle-free.

Please make sure the form is completely accurate and ties to the IRS records for your exact name and Tax ID number before uploading.     Insurance Coverage Download COI Form

    Prior to being on-boarded within the network, you will need to provide National Recovery with a certificate of insurance (COI) listing National Recovery as an Additional Insured.
    File types accepted are PDF and JPG/JPEG.


    Depending on the types of services you’ll provide, National Recovery requires the following insurance coverage as a minimum:

    • Commercial General Liability : $1,000,000/occurrence minimum

    • Damage To rented premises (ea occurrence) : $100,000

    • MED EXP (any one perso) : $10,000

    • Personal & Adv Injury : $1,000,000

    • General Aggregate : $2,000,000

    • Products - COMP / OP AGG : $2,000,000

    • Combined Single Limit (Ea Accident) : $1,000,000

    • Garage Keepers/On Hook/Cargo : $150,000/occurrence minimum (required for towing services only)

    • Workers Compensation for employees, with evidence of meeting state minimums

    Description of Operations
    Hendrickson Emergency Services, Inc. is added as additional insured as respects General Liability, Garage and Auto Liability, for all work performed by the Insured.
